Project Description: Development of a comprehensive noise ordinance for Bossier & Caddo Parish. Acoustic consulting services include 3D acoustic modeling of the two parishes (1800 sq.mi.) using SoundPLAN, conducting multi-day ambient noise measurements throughout the parishes, and guidance for noise ordinance development and implementation.
